Ordering process

1. Inquiry

Send us your inquiry at biuro@strefahaftu.com.pl. Please specify the details of your request: whether you’re looking for a leather patch, embroidered patch, embroidery, laser cutting, foil printing, emblem, heat transfer label, or anything else we can create for you.

If you have a design, please send it to us by email. Here’s how to prepare your design. If you don’t have a design, we can accept a sketch on paper, for example. Please provide dimensions and shape, and we’ll try to convert it to vector format. Specify the color scheme and the desired quantity. Provide your contact phone number and contact information for possible sample shipment.

2. Sample creation process

After receiving the above information, we will prepare a sample and send you a photo of it electronically for approval. If you’re unsure based on the photo whether everything is correct, we’ll send the sample to you by courier.

If you have any comments, let us know what needs to be improved. We’ll make the corrections, and only after approval will we begin production. When placing your order, be sure to provide your shipping details (including your phone number for the courier) and whether you’d like a receipt or invoice. For invoices, please provide your company’s VAT number.

3. Finalizing

Once the sample is approved, we finalize payment and process the order, which is then shipped via DPD courier to the specified address. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

4. Shipment
