HOW TO PREPARE A PROJECT

Properly preparing your design helps ensure your order is processed quickly and efficiently. Below, we recommend reviewing the information before submitting your design/file.

Important! Preparing such a design file is not required, but it significantly simplifies and speeds up the process.

Leather, eco-leather, and imitation leather patches and emblems

requirements

  • minimum letter height for standard fonts 2 mm (optimally 4 mm)
  • file prepared in vectors (curves) – finally .jpg / .png high resolution
  • preferred file formats: .ai .eps .cdr .pdf
  • scale 1:1
  • font converted to curves
  • symbol and outline turned into an object
  • hair contour
  • the design cannot have tonal transitions
  • minimum engraved line thickness 0.35 mm (optimally 0.5 mm)

Embroidered patches

requirements

  • File prepared in vector format (curves) – final high-resolution .jpg / .png
  • Preferred file formats: .ai .eps .cdr .pdf
  • Scale 1:1
  • The design must not contain tonal gradations
  • Minimum line width: 0.5 mm (optimal 1 mm)
  • Minimum letter height for standard fonts: 5 mm
  • Minimum element size: 2 mm

requirements
